Hello everybody! Happy late Thursday evening to you. Lately my two year old son Alexander has been staying up til 9ish and since I like to go to bed about 10 or 10:30 this leaves barely any room to blog. On nights that I am not blogging I am reading blogs, continuing my devotion time (Bible study book on wisdom and Bible reading of course) and reading something other than blogs.
Only a few of you know this but recently I have just felt down. I have doubted my parenting sometimes. For example, did I handle that situation correctly, am I being intentional enough or loving enough. Am I on my social medias too much? A big one I am struggling with though is comparing myself (and my blog, social medias) to others and questioning why I even still continue. But a few of you have been so encouraging in reminding me of the social aspect of blogging but how not to make it a god. So thank you for your reminders and support.
Let’s talk about this outfit. I don’t have time or the money to really go and shop, so I have been shopping my closet and letting you see a few items I have worn before on the blog and some that I haven’t.
These cropped white pants get worn a lot (at least twice a month) and the blouse I am wearing you have seen here in this post before. The grey ankle booties are a staple I borrowed from my sister Annalise, and the purse is from dxmall.com.
These new on clearance earrings are from Target. Speaking of Target don’t forget to enter to win a $60 Target giftcard that 11 other bloggers and myself have going on now. Enter in the Rafflecopter link below. Open internationally. Goodluck!

What a fun outfit! It’s like the boots and blouse were made for each other!
That’s such a lovely top. The patterns and colours are fabulous.
Love the top…and those booties…fabulous! Sometimes it’s tough not to compare ourselves to others. But you have to keep in mind, nobody else is you and that makes you amazing. 🙂

I really love those tassel earrings… I have a tassel necklace, but I want to get a bag with a tassel
I think its normal to compare…and maybe even a bit healthy when it doesn’t cross the line. I said that to say- don’t be so hard on yourself!!! Love the boots and earrings the best although I love the whole look. 🙂

Adorable outfit! Great earrings, so pretty!! Hope you’re having a great weekend.
Wow, a huge ‘well done’ to you for ordinarily going to bed around 10-10.30.. I’ve pretty much given up on getting myself to bed early! I love your bag, it’s so simple and stylish – the design reminds me of Tory Burch!

Those little boots are extremely cute! So fun to borrow pieces of the wardrobe from sisters, I do that too when I can! 🙂 What I love about blogging is that no comparison is necessary, we all have a story to tell!
Love this… beautiful!

What a gorgeous floral blouse and I like the purse and booties. This is one of those looks that would be a great transition from late Summer into Fall. =)
